Great service, the technician was finished with the system cylinder replacement in 15 minutes. I found the bill reasonable, including assembly and travel time. Only that a vehicle deployment flat rate is charged additionally surprised me. They used a play on words to add something extra to the bill. It leaves a bad taste for me!

We have trusted the company Bolzhauser for years and have only had good experiences so far. The employees are competent, even beyond 'simple keys' (overhead door closers, crooked doors, etc.) and are usually quick on site. I can only recommend the company Bolzhauser!

"Safety is safety" is what it says on the company logo: surely we have a safety lock installed in our business that could be removed with bare hands (it was not screwed, just plugged) and which got stuck 2 weeks after installation, so we cannot receive our customers. Bolzhauser is damaging to business and absolutely incompetent. Safety is safety: never again.

Mr. Bolzhauser & colleague were quick to respond and were able to open a defective door lock with a complicated locking mechanism without any collateral damage. The defect was successfully repaired and the door lock was functional again afterwards. I can warmly recommend Mr. Bolzhauser & colleagues for their friendliness & professionalism.

Unfortunately, I had very bad experiences. Initially very friendly and seemingly competent. However, more expensive items were delivered. Additionally, it became clear that incorrect information about products was given during the consultation. When trying to agree on the incorrectly delivered items, the sellers became unfriendly. So everything was returned. A lot of time, nerves, and effort wasted, and just hot air.
